Because so many users were imported with the password “changme,” I reset everyone’s password to the def. + encryption. I didn’t know who had changed his password and who had not, so it was a move to keep out wordpress hijackas.

Who is gonna be in town this weekend? it seems that quite a few of us will be around. so i was thinking of maybe having a small LAN at my greanparents depending on how many people would be able to show up.

The redesign should actually start becoming functional here in the next two weeks. Justin’s gonna be trying to sync things up with our database, and he may have more tricks up his sleeve than that. Here’s to a smooth transition.

Justin put up gallery2 last week. I finally got a chance to poke at it. It took a couple tries, but I think it’s under control. There’s a lot of fun discoverability on that page. Check it out. The hope is to pull out a couple of tricks and have the redesign up and running after spring break. So Justin & Ryan, do your thing. If anyone else wants to help, you might spider around looking for dead links, or ugly shit. Let me know if you find anything. Again, suggestions always welcome. 

Olesons you should be happy to hear this.  Today probably marked one of the final blows to HD-DVD as Netflix announces going exclusively Blu-ray and Best Buy, while still carrying HD-DVD stuff for now, is recommending all of their associates to push Blu-ray and inform customers that HD-DVD may not be around that long.   The article I got this from came up on Ars less than an hour ago and literally not 20 minutes after it did I got a call from Clint telling me that an email just got sent out to all employee’s letting them know.

so, I usually start my posts with the word “so” and will continue that tradition. still working out  some stuff on the blog page.  Just trying to make it simple, but still be powerful and full featured. Does super-small text offend anyone? I’m personally a big fan. The forums are starting to take shape.  All of the header/background stuff is taken care of. What’s left is changing those colors so as to reduce the fugliness. If I get adventurous, I might even skin the buttons to be consistent with the mobius buttons. Next step is to start skinning the photos page. Hey Justin, if you ever see this, could you create a gallery 2 page so I can eff it up? seems to work well. Thanks.
